Very excited to hear the full song from that clip! I was worried that it was going to be heavily afrobeat influenced from the first couple of seconds but by the chorus my worries were gone.
I imagine this will be available around 2pm UK time/whenever New Zealand midnight is.

This is a bop! Much more instant than "Girls" and "Your Song" were on first listen for me. I hope she still has some goodwill from the public to secure a higher debut than "Girls".

On first listen I heard Zara Larsson Lush Life pretty much all the way through did anyone else?
Definitely similar in terms of production although this is more mellow.
Another bop though 
can see this performing well and extending her top ten record for UK female.

Woo a bop, I loved Girls but it's burnt out quite quickly for me while I can see me playing this less initially but it holding up better. Her vocals here are some of her best

The one I’ve been thinking about isn’t Breakeven or Lush Life but can definitely hear the similarities to those two as well. No idea what I’m thinking of but I’m sure it’ll come to me at some point :’)

Debuts at #50 on UK Spotify - "Girls" debuted at #33 but stalled and didn't climb much further, hopefully this turns into a grower like "Anywhere".

#3 on iTunes which is great, #16 on Apple Music too (which is usually a bit faster than Spotify and indicates things to come). Spotify needs some catching up but things are looking very positive at the moment, interest looks high. I can see it at least doing similar to Your Song/For You.

The production on this is air-tight. So many lovely little flourishes and the slight vocoder effect is lush. Her vocals sound really emotive and warm too. A song!

I didn't loathe it as much as most on here, but I'm glad that 'Girls' hasn't totally derailed the campaign, and that she's returned with something more in line with 'Anywhere'/'Lonely Together'. The chorus is really infectious!

This is #15 in today's midweeks! Looking to outpeak "Girls" on its opening week *.* "For You" debuted at #11, "Anywhere" at #20 and "Your Song" at #13 for comparison - glad she seemingly has another hit on its way. It's currently #2 on iTunes only behind "Promises" which has dominated pretty much everything there for the past month.

This (and Phoenix) seem to have disappeared from Apple Music...hopefully it’ll get added back on soon because it was doing really well there (think it was 10 maybe 12 last time I checked?)

Omg why are Atlantic so useless!! They'd just reduced it to 59p on iTunes too - far too early in my opinion. I just hope it manages to recover well when they re-add it.

I think it should hold top 10 this week - it's comfortably #2 on iTunes and top 10 on Apple Music. It's just Spotify that's a problem but now it's higher on HHUK hopefully it should leap up a bit.

Her performance of this last night was so good - the staging was really cool as well.
The interview was okay too, less cringey than the last time she was on. She got a plug in for the album and did some beatboxing with Romesh Ranganathan

This is back to its peak of #6 on UK Spotify and (presumably) a new peak of #72 on US Spotify! Hopefully it's set to stay at #5 officially on Friday too.
Yes - it's her 9th top five. Jess, Cheryl, Leona and Ellie all have eight though so she could very likely be matched/overtaken at some point.

She killed it on Strictly tonight! I'm so pleased with the choreography and staging and I'm so glad that she didn't get lumped with some Strictly professionals dancing in front of her.
Hopefully this is coming for a new peak next Friday - it should definitely climb above "Happier" at least even if "Woman Like Me" overtakes it.

This song has been pretty massive for her. It's a shame it kind of stalled in the 4 - 6 area and didn't go higher because its longevity makes it feel just as big as 'Anywhere' to me.

Rita performed this at the Thanksgiving Parade in New York earlier and there was a technical difficulty meaning she was out of sync whilst lipsyncing.

Loved the ARIAs performance!
She performed this on Michael McIntyre tonight with a live band! Hopefully that means there'll be one with her on tour, if I remember correctly she was singing to a backing track on the Girls Tour

Think this could become my favourite song of hers. I love proper pop songs that have an emotional sentiment that runs through. I adore the way she sings "I wish I could let you love". There's a great pain in her voice as she belts it out and it just never loses its effect.
All the performances have been fab. She really should be the number one pop girl right now.
