According various twitter accounts Diana is releasing a single called Chains this summer, and her Awaiting movie account tweeted:
'@_TeamDiana @DianaVickers UK film release is set for August, @DianaVickers single 'Chains' shortly before. Official announcement soon'. Hopefully this is leading onto an album but I doubt it. |

Fair play to her for continuing - She really shouldn't have dumped the 'Music To Make Boys Cry' as quickly as she did, The whole project was over the week after album release.

I hope we at least get an EP this year. It shouldn't be too hard to record a couple or three more tracks.

It's here!
You can listen to it via its exclusive première on Digital Spy by clicking here. If I was honest I was expecting it to be a bit of a throwaway pop track being a movie song, but how wrong was I! It's a fantastic dark electro-pop track and Diana really uses parts of her vocal range we haven't heard before. It's not too far away from the sound of Indiana, and it's brilliant. Can't wait to see it in the context of the movie, which is released in just over a week! |
