I've re-watched Allstars 3 this week (the final for the first time)...
And this series was a heck of a lot better than I remembered. Ben and Shangela slay... but I'd forgotten how great Aja was in this run until her exit. Also Trixie was nowhere near as bad (or stuffed up as much) as I remembered. The first 5 episodes are near perfect in terms of drama and moments.... Off course it does fall apart slightly when the returning Queens come back and Ben self eliminates... and then return AGAIN! but as a whole there are some great moments and some of the lip syncs are amazing. It would just be better with less twists This post has been edited by ElectroBoy: Mar 27 2019, 05:19 PM |

okay I know its 3am and ngl I've had way more to drink than I should have but I just want to say how like lowkey heartbroken I am tonight. I went to see Adore Delanos one woman show "a pizza me" tonight with one of my best friends, I've been looking forward to this forever as Adore was my all time fave queen and I love everything about her, she is so talented etc and her style is amazing but tonight was disappointing as f***. Her show was really good, nice mix of covers and own songs sang backed with just an acoustic guitar and she sang incredibly but her show did lack a fair amount of personal stories/personality in general I found but I love her that much I was stanning whatever I was getting. anyway she said she was having an after party at glasgows worst gay club and we planned to go out somewhere after anyway but weren't sure where so we just decided to go there since adore was, we could get the chance to meet her as it a tiny club. what a f***ing mistake. they had a booth reserved which was fair enough, her and her team deserved their own space and I respect that, I didn't want to be that fan so I never ever approached adore or any one on her team. her guitarist came and danced and chatted for a bit at the start but that was it. we noticed quite a lot of people just going up and saying hey and getting a hug etc through out the night but as soon as my friend even stood within like 3 feet of their booth (which was roped off as well) she got told to go away. she wasn't pushy or rude or going at an inappropriate time, in fact she tried about 3 times just to say hi but was turned away every time by some dude from her team. I honestly dont know what the problem was but if you're gonna advertise an after party to meet some more fans but spend the whole time in a separated area where you're refusing to even give one second of your time, what's the point?? just go chill on your own in your bus or whatever. I get its a lot for anyone doing meet and greets and then a show followed by a club appearance and you're not gonna spend your whole night going round everyone but if you can't even give a bit of time for the fans that have made the effort to come to the club for you and make it obvious they just want to meet you, why even bother going in the first place?! I'm just really sad that it played out the way it did and it did sour our night a bit knowing that we would have had a better night elsewhere but the worst part is its made me think less of someone who I really admired and looked up to and was even inspired by.
so yea if you're going to this the after party isn't worth it x |

Aww Lindsey, I'm really sorry to hear that - it sounds like an uncomfortable experience for you and I hope it hasn't spoiled your view of Adore as I know how big of a fan you are! ❤ I'm glad to hear she actually put in content into her show though! 👀

Omg you drag ha drunk Lindsey
That is so shitty though like nobody has an obligation to meet all their fans but if you advertise that you are there I think it's more than reasonable people will come up to you :') |

It was more the fact they seemed to be picking and choosing who could talk to her or get a hug, it wasn't like she wasn't giving her time to anyone at all but we'd be standing beside people that were waiting, there'd maybe only be 4 or 5 others but then when it got to us we'd get told to stand further away and respect the space when there were other people doing the exact same thing and getting to say what they wanted to say and like I said my friend wasn't being pushy or trying to get into the booth or anything like that

That does some really odd! I met Adore without even trying to last year, was literally dancing to Christina Milian with her on the Sunday and then she came and sat next to me on the Monday and we got a pic and just had a chat like we'd known each other for years. I hope that's something to do with her team messing up because it'd be a shame if she was totally taking a backseat from Adore, she's never usually like that even from stories I've heard from friends.

yea her team seemed to be kinda dickish but then she was sat there, she probs could have stepped in and said hey it's okay if she wanted to, unless she didnt realise but idk. it's my first experience of being in any sort of situation like that but I did get to have a quick chat with Sherman her guitarist and just said he was really great etc so that was something at least

Is anyone following the Ra’Jah/Plastique drama on Twitter? I’m already so over it.

Omg I unfollowed Ra'Jah because I was so bored of her causing shit over everything lmao honestly that just felt like she was trying to cling to airtime when she was gone by making a mountain out of a molehill with Plastique

Akeria, Vanjie, Silky, Brooke and Yvie are touring the UK in July, I just got tickets for Bristol but they're also doing Birmingham, Glasgow, Manchester and Newcastle! Can't wait, whilst I can't stand Silky and don't care about Akeria that much I have to see the other three
