I remember this from back in the day, when I first saw 'Pon De Replay' ascending the Hot 100 without having heard it or knowing who Rihanna is I was like "good on her for achieving a comeback".

On the subject of similarly named artists I thought Naughty Boy's first top 40 hit was a remix of the Baywatch theme tune up to recently.
