QUOTE The Queen of The Voice Of Holland represents Yehesi Sandra Van Nieuwland, former contestant of The Voice Of Holland 2012 and the most succesfull woman from the show, has been announced to represent Yehesi at the 58th BuzzJack Song Contest with her debut single Hunter. Hunter is a step away from our usual dance pop sound and the YBC are hoping to be rewarded for this. Van Nieuwland previously graced the Dutch charts with covers of Beggin' (#4), Keep Your Head Up (2x #1), New Age (#24), Venus (#25) and More (#3 with 11 weeks top 10). Eventhough she has never charted in Yehesi before with her covers, she did attract a lot of hype amongst the general public. QUOTE Sandra continues top 20 streak Last night, the results of the 58th monthly BuzzJack Song Contest were held in Töissä, Syndare. It was a tight race to the finishline, in which Yehesi was sadly not included. With a run of XX-09-07-11-13-16-19-21-22-24-27-27-26-27-29-29-29-29-29-29-29-30-20-21-21-22-18-18-14-16-16-17-18-19-21-22-21-21-23-17-17-19-20-20-23-23-24-23-17-17-17-17 Sandra debuted at 9 and climbed to 7 but quickly fell down due to a lack of incoming votes and went as low as 30 before climbing back to 20 and lingering around between 17 and 24. Sandra ended at #17 with 83 points, one 12, one 10 and one 8 The Yehesian Broadcasting Company are very happy with Sandra's results. An insider stated: "Being in the final is an achievement of itself, especially in a contest with such ridiculous quality." Sandra stated: "Being able to represent Yehesi at the contest has been the most amazing experience I've had so far snd to make it even better I reached #17! A big big thank you to all the voters at home and I'll continue to make more amazing music." Yehesi is holding a national final again, so if anyone has too much time on his hands and would like to help me Please PM me Check out the official video of Hunter below ©The Yehesian Postman QUOTE Full final voting revealed

QUOTE Yehesi reveals LIX entry, picks new leader and responds to Sandénia attack claims Yesterday evening Ramrynia opened the BuzzJack Song Contest, edition 59. The Yehesian Broadcasting Company have chosen trap act Yellow Claw to represent Yehesi at the monthly festival. Yellow Claw are a Dutch DJ project, consisting of Nizzle, Jim Aasgier en Bizzey. They scored hits with Krokobil and Thunder. The track Shotgun is a collab with former X-Factor winner Rochelle, who scored hits with Strong, No Air, What A Life, Body Language and Untouchable. It was revealed on Yellow Claw's mix tape #6 and is set for a release date of the 1st of November. Check out the official audio of shotgun below Also Yehesi has chosen their new president, Ms. Cecelia "Alexandra" Burke has won the elections with 74% of the votes. Burke has previously competed in the Y-Factor and is a succesfull business woman, who knows how to work with money, something Yehesi desperately needs in order to boost our economy again. The moment Burke is revealed as winner: "Hallelujah! I feel so blessed with this chance to prove myself to the people of Yehesi. I will work hard all night long to make things right in this beautiful country again." Burke will bring her assistents, Tramar "Flo Rida" Dillard, Shaffer "Ne-Yo" Smith, Armando "Pitbull" Pérez and Laza Morgan with her to solve the economic recesion. In other news, the Citizens of Sandénia have been attacked by terrorists. The news came in like a wrecking ball and the Yehesians are shocked. However Sandénia suspects the attackers come from Yehesi, which is an even bigger shock as we thought we were friendly with Sandénia. In response to these ridiculous claims and the blacklisting of Yehesi the newly chosen president is working on a plan of action. Unless Sandénia withdraws their words, Yehesi will take some fitting actions. ©The Yehesian Postman |

Yehesi have since been cleared of the claims and have been removed from said blacklist. Queen Adele E Sandé hopes we can maintain a healthy relationship in the future.

I am shocked that Yehesi authorities were even considering such a move. As long as we are friends now x

QUOTE Yellow Claw and Rochelle fail to qualify Yellow Claw have failed to qualify for the final of the 59th edition of the BuzzJack Song Contest. With 38 points, Yehesi landed an 18th place. The guys of Yellow Claw expressed their disappointment: "We got some very good responses backstage, but sadly this didn't transfer into points. We'll continue to make music for the citizens of Yehesi to enjoy" Singer Rochelle reacted: "I'm actually gutted we didn't make it, I felt like this song was on of the strongest of the semi-final. But we kinda expected it to happen so it didn't come as a complete shock to me" Check out the official audio of shotgun below The President, Ms. Burke, reacted via post to the DNQ of Yehesi "I am truly shocked we didn't make it through. I organised a party to celebrate but I had to blow it off sadly" In other news Ms. Burke has announced new plans to help Yehesi out of the Economical Depression - Imported goods will now have a new tax, Import Tax. This tax makes sure the importers pay 50% extra on top of the regular price. - Schools will be merged and the schooling budget will be cut by 30% - Care for elders is now a responsibility for family and friends, instead of the government. - In return, the tax on wages is lowered to 63%, 43% and 23% - The Yehesian Bank will invest more money in the stability of The Royal Bank of Yehesi, The International Bank of Enthen and The ASY Bank and provide loans for people in serious need of money. - The Yehesian Tax Service will also put more effort in finding fraudes with wellfare, mainly by illegal immigrants from certain countries. ©The Yehesian Postman |

QUOTE Arash and Helena finish This evening the results of the semi-finals of the 60th edition of the BuzzJack Song Contest were announced. Arash and Helena were hoping for a miracle as our odds and predictions were terrible, but sadly that miracle didn't happen. We finished in 17th place with 51 points. Only 4 points away from qualifying Arash commented on the DNQ with the following words: "I feel bad for letting the Yehesians down, but we tried our hardest. Sadly it didn't pay off like we hoped it would. But we keep our head high and will continue with our music." Helena was too upset to talk to us. In other news, Yehesi's former smash Animals is on track to snatch the UK #1 spot. It is widely tipped to go to #1 and is currently fending off competition from Lilly Allen. Also former Yehesi entry Shotgun now has an official audio. The official song is miles ahead of the Yehesian Version Enjoy Rochelle's voice and Yellow Claw's beats, while we weep over this DNQ ©The Yehesian Postman |

You should've saved 'Shotgun' for this contest. Would've had more of a chance of qualifying with the high quality version

QUOTE Double Dutch for BJSC 六十二 The Yehesian Broadcasting Company have announced Yehesi's 10th BJSC entry. Dutch DJ Fedde Le Grand and Dutch Rockband Di-Rect are set to do the job and bag Yehesi their much wanted top 10. They are our second best offer as Kyla La Grange got vetoed. We are confident in them reaching the final, but we'll have to wait and see how that pans out. We think we have a great chance at a decent score. ~Get hyped~ ©The Yehesian Postman |

QUOTE Di-rect and Fedde Le Grand land at #23 For BJSC 六十二 Yehesi decided to keep with our roots and enter a dance track by Fedde Le Grande, which featured vocals and some instruments from Dutch rock band Di-Rect. We are delighted to announce that Where We Belong reached #23 in the final, with 2 12's! It all started in the Semi Finals, when Yehesi was getting DNQ predicitons left and right and the odds were certainly not in our favour. But we managed to go through with a 5th placing and 73 points gained. A succes for Yehesi standards. We ended the final on a 23rd position, with 76 points. ©The Yehesian Postman |

I was actually expecting this to be a win contender based on the semifinals early on (there was one point where it was 2nd in semi 2, though admittedly miles behind Skall who were 1st at the time). Not gonna lie though, rather glad that it did end up doing as expected
(still beating me tho grr) |
