yeah I feel like we're not gonna have a snippet before release, going into this project without hearing even a snippet of the lead single would be amazing!
 (tho ofc I won't resist if she releases a snippet hahaha)also this continues the near trend of all her Track 2's becoming singles, apart from poor cruel summer x |

it's a really good video, especially considering the circumstances its been shot under!! absolutely beautiful visuals and it reminds me quite a bit of the Safe & Sound video which was also stunning visually and has a beautiful atmosphere

at 8.1m views on YouTube after 13 hours ahh. I'm hoping it'll make it to +20m. I knew it was obvs not gonna challenge LWYMMD/Me! but I was expecting slightly higher aha
it's back in the top 10 on iTunes UK and it's doing WAY better than Lover on apple music with it being 12th (10 places higher than Lover at this point) + has another version top 100 so hopefully it has a rly good Spotify debut tomorrow! However the Apple Music playlisting for Cardigan is 700x better than the Spotify playlisting #2 on US iTunes (The 1 really close behind in 3rd!) and also doing well on Apple Music US. I hope it can score top 10 debuts, we'll see aha I feel it's gonna be longevity with this one if it does anything <3 |

I didn't initially think this was an album highlight but the video has helped it click more! Reminded me of the one for 'Falling' by Harry Styles a little.
