Why, none other than the iconic Christian worship band behind the 2013 UK #55 (and Christian chart #1) album 'Zion' *.*

(incidentally this 'new' album of theirs was actually released on iTunes back in October, so we only really have one new release once again, maybe a few more will turn up which aren't in the release schedule yet)

The next few months are going to be so dry for album releases and sales.

Beyonce should have wait till Jan to release to at least spice things up. Incredible to think Rihanna might be the only big pop girl to release an album this year.

Taylor Swift is releasing a new album this year I think (she counts as a 'pop girl' these days).

Ah you've opened my eyes there bre biggrin.gif

Actually think Angel Haze could do ok this week roll on Bruce Springsteen in a few weeks although the jan sales usually keep the no1 sales above 30k for the next 2 weeks til then!

Springsteen releases on the 13th, so at least January won't be completely full of 2013 albums.

Such a quiet week so really hoping Angel Haze musters up a decent enough peak. Can't really call how it'd do at all though.

Beyoncé should be no1 this week then on 50k sales or so. It'll be interesting to see if the gift card effect seems to move over to the albums market now with downloads of albums increasing in 2013 and with so many albums of the yr less than a fiver - we could well see the no1 sell more downloads than physicals hopefully it sets things up for album downloads to average at 50% in 2014 instead of 35% like in 2013!

Gary Barlow, Robbie and OneD have dropped quite a bit there. Mind you Gary Barlow has some TV coverage on BBC1 Tuesday night, but its pretty late around midnight or something. I'm still unsure if Beyonce will be #1 though, sales are not going to drop that much considering there is store sales.
