Wish I could, I could've said goodbye Just missing out on the finale, it's.. the finale of the movie! I'll Never Love Again is Ally's goodbye to Jackson. The soundtrack contains both the extended version, and the film version where Jackson sings the final chorus. Both are incredibly poignant and powerful. The song won the Grammy Award for Best Song Written for Visual Media and has gone on to be come a great success despite receiving only a limited single release. It's a true moment in the film and one that leaves viewers bawling their eyes out as the final credits roll. A sensational performance from Gaga made all the moreso when we consider the story behind it. Gaga received a call informing her that her childhood friend Sonja Durham was in her last moments of Stage IV cancer. She left the set to visit her, but was too late as Sonja had passed. She later returned to the set, still pent up with emotions and delivered the performance we see here now. It's what Sonja would've wanted and it forever will remain as a tribute to her. Final time - vote for your FAVOURITE! 03. I'll Never Love Again [11 votes | 73.33%] 04. Is That Alright? [6 votes | 60.00%] 05. Look What I Found [7 votes / 63.64%] 06. Why Did You Do That? [11 votes / 61.11%] 07. Hair Body Face [6 votes / 50.00%] 08. Maybe It's Time [7 votes / 41.18%] 09. I Don't Know What Love Is [4 votes / 36.36% / tie break] 10. Heal Me [3 votes / 30.00%] 11. Diggin' My Grave [4 votes / 28.57%] 12. Music To My Eyes [3 votes / 30.00%] 13. La Vie En Rose [4 votes / 40.00%] 14. Before I Cry [4 votes / 36.36%] 15. Alibi [6 votes / 54.55%] 16. Black Eyes [3 votes / 30.00%] 17. Too Far Gone [4 votes / 28.57%] 17. Out of Time [4 votes / 28.57%] |

'Always Remember Us This Way'. I love 'Shallow' but that one nearly made me tear up in the film.

Always Remember Us This Way quickly became my favourite Lady Gaga song! I love Shallow too but ARUTW is just too good!

It's a bit too close for my liking We need a clear-cut winner to make this all worthwhile

Always Remember... for me. Both are great but that just edges it, partly because of its use in the film but mainly because it’s so rare that I love ballads as much as this one.

Oh ffs @ the results. Was hoping we'd have a shock, non-predictable winner.
