Gah. I was kinda hoping it was 'Treat People With Kindness'. I feel that message would have hit SO HARD towards the end of this year.
I like 'Golden', but I can't say I ever envisioned it as a single, personally. But, so many others clearly did, so obviously I'm in the minority.  Just feels a bit TOO Radio 2 to be a hit (but I guess it'll be a hit - even if a minor one at this point in the campaign). Something that a band like The Killers would release now, be in and out of the iTunes top 40 for what seems like forever but not do anywhere near enough on streaming to be an actual hit (obvz Harry is in a much, MUCH stronger position to get a hit of some sort out of this than The Killers are )It, however, should definitely sell the album through the rest of the year I imagine! |

Unless there's going to be a last-minute change, this is going to be pushed as the next single in the US, so it seems that they're not going to do a split release in favour of "Falling" there.
