Thank you very much for your kind words, it was fun putting this together earlier in a boring free period!
I thought you'd appreciate the 'Style' addition haha, a really infectious 3rd single from her that gets better with every listen! Gotta love a James Dean reference too.
Oh yes I was ALL OVER 'Crying For No Reason', for sure Katy B's best ever. Glad to see you like BGDC too, I've surprisingly heard a lot of vocal hate for it, but I like the rare emotional side to Fergie.

It is a very strong Noely G track! Really want this to be his highest peaking officially but it's not even looking likely for a top 40 entry, boo.
Yay glad you're a fellow 'King' fan! I only heard it for the first time a couple of weeks ago but have been hooked ever since!

Yep shame about 'Bullit' and the likes runs, the inner chart geek in me is sobbing at those broken runs! But ooh I acc. really want Meghan's album bc the two singles so far have been SO infectious, like I need more music that happy in my life!

Yeah Kelly has quite a few classics, but I was shocked at how good this was!
Ha yah I heard Mange fell over at Brits 2015 lololol silly her. But yes it's actually quite a tune, and YES what a professional!
Yeah 'Ugly Heart' is still better for me but you gotta appreciate the beauty of 'Lighthouse'

1st would be Summer I know that gets a bit of stick for being generic but I liked it.
Mange? she's too old to afford to fall over ~insert sarcasm from the shoutbox
I think L4L is my favourite of Manges since Jump her other tracks sound promising from what I've heard of the album too.
Exactly, it's a heartwarming tribute and I think Simone would be proud of the girls!

Hiya RJP!

Ha no The Whineknd in sight. I don't really know much of his stuff, but I'm hooked on 'Earned It' right now. May have to venture into more of his stuff!
You should definitely give 'All Hands on Deck' a spin! Decidedly more pop than '2 On' but just as brilliant!
For me personally the BRITS performance was a bit underwhelming, I didn't feel the song translated that well to the stage, although man knows how to milk all usage out of a guitar! Still, it lead me to listen to the studio version, so yay for that!
Oh for me I largely prefer 'The Heart Wants What It Wants', it's so lush! Although the production of 'Come & Get It' was pretty cool.

Oh of course! I really liked 'Summer' as well, was lovely to see Calvin back on vocals, they are oddly charming.

But yes exactly, such a lovely track, it's still such a tragedy about Simone.

Interested to check out your chart because I've always found I tend to agree with ~95% of your opinions/analyses of songs in the Chart Show thread . It's actually sometimes a bit uncanny because you post almost exactly what I'm about to say!

Haven't heard your #1 yet but I liked the singles from Noel's last album so I'll definitely listen soon.

Yay for that high 'King' debut . A wonderfully uplifting track . Looking forward to what I'd imagine will be near-unanimous positivity in the thread on Sunday when it's announced as #1, which is relatively rare!

Didn't think 'Tide: The Paradox Effect' would be here! I assume Bray introduced it to you on plug.dj or something?! That was a real standout for me in BJSC . (Btw I know you've been harassed incessantly in the past but you should defo join BJSC - I was also reluctant but it's very enjoyable! )

I like/love the rest of your chart, with the notable exception of 'The Nights' . Is that an ironic inclusion of sorts or....?!

Also, that's a largely amazing retro top 10. 'Ready For Your Love', 'Crying For No Reason', 'Rather Be', 'Riptide' and 'Can't Remember To Forget You' are some of my favourite tracks from last year/all made my EOY top 100 (and 'Drunk In Love' is particularly good too obvs).

I've always been a massive Oasis fan (seen them live more times than I can remember), loved Noel's last album and really getting into the new album too! This song is brilliant, better than 'In The Heat Of The Moment' which I actually thought was a bit average for Noel.

Oh so THAT is what tropical dance is! I do not know much of the sub genre, but I'm all for it if they're all in the same vein as 'Make Me Feel Better' yay!

Yes I'm with you, 'Out of the Woods' or 'All You Had to Do Was Stay' for me next for sure. Although it could be anything really, '1989' is fo sho' an all killer no filler affair!
Haha yes 'Heartbeat Song' is such a cute lil infectious comeback for Kelly, good on her! Oh I've only heard one other track cannot for the LIFE of me remember what it's called but it's the one people are hailing on here as better than 'Heartbeat Song', and that one was v. good too. Probably won't bother with the album tho oops.
HA I thought you'd appreciate the Paloma! Her album is INCRED, you have working at HMV and them hammering it to thank for that

Oh you should give 'Ballad of the Mighty I' a listen pronto, absolute BEAUTY of a song, actually quite Coldplay. Agreed that Noel's last era was all kind of wonderful, retaining the brilliance post-Oasis!

Haha yes BJSC inclusion shocka! Brebycakes indeed introduced it to me via plug.dj and it was a moment of INSTANTLY falling in love, I have gone back to it a few times since so it felt only right to include it! Hahaha yes indeed a lot of encouragement for BJSC indeed but it's flattering, I really want to at some point, I just want a KILLER debut entry that I feel passionate about rather than finding something for the sake of it. THEN I can be a cheapo.

Oh yay I'm glad to see you're liking it! Hah poor Tim Berg Indeed 'The Nights' is a messy rip off of about 5 songs but it has SOMEHOW wormed it's way into my affections, I think it's the euphoric feeling from it and the lyrics.
