Hey there WhoOdyssey
So many new entries this week loving that turnover. Let's start with the new one at the top... brilliant comeback for The 1975! I was on board from first listen as the riff was so addictive but then it just got even better when hearing it for a second time on the chart 'Humility', 'Run For Cover' and 'Brazil' are all great new entries elsewhere in the top 10! Have you checked out the new Gorillaz one 'Sorcererz' yet? this is shaping up to be a great era for them thus far *.* then 'Run For Cover' should've been huge for The Killers! Surprised that 'The Man' did better than it in the BuzzJack rate tbh. Then I discovered 'Brazil' when I asked for suggestions for a chill-out playlist and it's a lovely lil song. Yay for the Everything Everything songs, 'Youngblood' and 'Lake Zurich' elsewhere! Great stuff |

Yay for the Everything Everything songs, 'Youngblood' and 'Lake Zurich' elsewhere! Great stuff Hello! Yeah, lots of new entries this week! I think it will be slower week this week though. I agree, I loved The 1975 song as soon as I first heard it. I really hope the other songs in the album are guitar heavy. Honestly, I hate their slower synth songs (apart from A Change of Heart). I have listened to Sorcererz by Gorillaz, I like it, but it's nowhere near as good as the first two I don't think. Though, tbh, I was surprised at how good the first two were, as I've never been super into Gorillaz. Run for Cover is fantastic! I think I prefer it to The Man, I've been listening to Wonderful Wonderful a few times in prep to see them at the IOW Festival in two weeks. Brazil is a fantastic song, I'm addicted to it at the moment. |
