According to Pollstar, a trade publication about the concert industry, P!nk's "Beautiful Trauma" tour was the highest grossing one of 2019, reaching the top spot on the publication's Year End Top 100 Worldwide Tour chart and making P!nk herself Pollstar's 2019 Artist of the Year.

The tour—which consisted of 68 performances attended by over 1.8 million people—earned $215.2 million, more than Elton John's ($212 million) and Ed Sheeran's ($211.7 million) respective 2019 concert rounds. On average, each one of P!nk's shows sold 26,749 tickets, earning an average gross of $3.16 million per show.

Overall, the tour, which kicked off in 2018, grossed $384.4 million, officially becoming the most successful concert series by a woman in this decade and the second most successful by a woman ever. Madonna’s “Sticky + Sweet” tour outperformed it.

P!nk is no stranger to Pollstar’s ranking. Last year, her tour landed on the number four spot of the list, with gross earnings that reached $169.2 million.

“I don’t believe in genres or boundaries,” the artist said to Pollstar. "And what's epic about making this kind of show with this kind of repertoire is that it can be a rock show, it can be theater, it can be Broadway, it can be acoustic.”

"Anything you do a lot [...] makes you a master of your craft," she continues. "I can always get better, but I worked my ass off, and I can go from arenas to stadiums to clubs to backyard barbecues. That’s important. As a performer, you should be able to do all different kinds of music in different stages with different kinds of audiences."
