HITS DAILY DOUBLE: Sales Preview Update: Drake Unleashes a Monster
http://hitsdailydouble.com/news&id=294666 (February 13th, 2015):
"Drake’s If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late (Young Money/Cash Money/Republic) will debut at #1 on the HITS Album and SPS charts next week, spoiling what looked less than 24 hours ago like a slam dunk for the Fifty Shades of Grey soundtrack—but the marketshare goes to the same place, so Republic can’t complain. What’s more, the surprise mixtape could see first-weekend sales of 500k."

BILLBOARD: Drake's Surprise Album Heading for No. 1 on Billboard 200 Chart
http://www.billboard.com/articles/columns/chart-beat/6472854/drake-if-youre-reading-this-its-too-late-billboard-200-debut (February 13th, 2015):
"Drake's surprise album If You're Reading This It's Too Late is aiming to become his fourth No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart. Industry forecasters expect the set -- which was released late in the evening on Feb. 12 through Young Money/Cash Money/Republic Records -- to easily bow atop next week's Billboard 200. While it's still a bit early to get a proper projection on what it might sell through the end of the tracking week on Sunday, Feb. 15, sources have floated figures as high as 400,000.
Thus, If You're Reading This will block its fellow Republic Records release, the Fifty Shades of Grey soundtrack, from No. 1. The latter, which bowed as planned on Feb. 10 and was on track to open atop the chart, could sell upwards of 160,000 copies (with its overall album equivalent figure aiming for 200,000)."

Go on then Drake!
I feel like album sales are already up by a decent margin in comparison to last year.
Pretty obvious that Drake was gonna go #1 and block Fifty Shades of Flop
That movie might be a turkey but c'mon, the soundtrack is great and will sell loads!
