I'm talking about the other material on the album moreso, the interesting and exciting stuff that she kept tucked away aside from the pre-release tracks.

I think the collaboration with Maluma does feel organic though, and 'Crave' (the song with Swae Lee) also feels like an authentic song for her except for tacking him onto it, which I'm sure was very much a record label orchestrated decision.

Curious to see which side of the coin the OCC lands on deciding if Beyoncé's Lion King soundtrack is a compilation or not. It seems like it should be counting as a compilation in the same way as the 'Black Panther' soundtrack was (her role in it is essentially identical to Kendrick's on that soundtrack) thus allowing all of its tracks to chart rather than just the top 3 (although the 3 track rule applying to Beyoncé as an artist obvz) but I don't trust the OCC to be consistent as ever. Would be cool to see Tierra Whack getting a top 100 hit. (I don't know if it'll do well enough to do so whether or not it's eligible, depends how it does on streaming I guess!)

HDYS sounds pretty awful.. like a track that a Finnish has been pop star would've released last year.

EDIT: Watched the video and it made me like it more, that drop however should've never seen the light of day.
