The movie will be released in september and the music video has already been shot last june.

It's the second time that Samantha is featured in a dance movie soundtrack. She released the track "Step Up" from the #2 box office movie success of the same name back in november 2006.

The song will premiere on "Dancing With The Stars NZ" this Sunday.

If you add the hype of the #1 NZ's dance movie + Stan who is pretty popular there and who is the lead actor in the movie, it's definitely going to be a hit for the both of them.

It will help Sammy to break the NZ's market (finally and hopefully).

"Tauranga's Stan Walker will release his brand new single Start Again featuring Australian artist Samantha Jade on Sunday.

The single will also be used as the title track for Born To Dance, New Zealand's first multi-million dollar hip hop dance film in which Walker plays a lead role. Born To Dance will be released in cinemas nationwide on September 24.

The movie is choreographed by world champion and hip hop royalty Parris Goebel, directed by Tammy Davis of Outrageous Fortune fame, and its cast features some of the best hip hop dancers in the world.

The single, which was co-written by Stan and Vince Harder, was written specifically to coincide with the themes within the film of rising beyond personal circumstances and societal expectations.

"We wrote Start Again to inspire anyone that may feel that they are lost that there is always a second chance... we wanted to create an uplifting song that made people feel there is always a way through," Walker said.

Start Again will appear on the movie soundtrack that will be released via Sony Music on August 24, featuring music from the movie curated by P.Money.

Stan, who made his acting debut in 2013 in Mt Zion, appears in the film as 'Benjy'- best friend to main character 'Tu Kaea' played by champion hip hop dancer Tia-Taharoa Maipi."

LOL at Sam Jade being taken over by spambots!

I'm a big fan of Stan Walker and his collabs with JessM are spot on so this should be good. Hopefully it'll be on Australian iTunes this weekend.
