I went to my local Asda today and they had Now Millennium 2004-2005 stocked up. I didn’t buy it as it was not the hardback edition so I’ll be happy to wait until tomorrow to get that one Also it’s a wasted sale if bought this week. It will struggle to get past Hazbin Hotel anyway but it needs all the help it can to get to No.2. |

Let’s face it, no matter what Now 117 looks like, plenty of people will be able to moan about it. Oh this is a given. It will never match up to everyone’s expectations, especially when glaring omissions are concerned. It’s just nice to have as a timeline of what was big around this time and in years to come it might be something you look back on and think either they did a good job or that there were many other big songs (Taylor Swift, Beyoncé, The Beatles and others) who did not get a look in. |

As long as both discs are filled and it gets released by the end of March and with Now 120 next year, I expect that to be released on 11th April

I ordered the Deluxe CD and vinyl for Now Millennium 04-05 just after midnight on Amazon and they are due by 10pm today. Also downloaded it just now with Autorip so listening through it.
Very nice memories of being at college. Delta's Out of the Blue is such a welcome and unexpected addition, it never made any numbered Now or Hits album - can't recall any UK compilation it has appeared on in fact. The Duran Duran songs are up way too early on both 2004 and 2005, it's a little odd to hear (Reach Up For The) Sunrise after an opening run of big hits (I know Laura missed top ten but the album was so huge it felt way bigger). |

It’s odd how they seem to love including Duran Duran on the yearbooks and millennium series but they didn’t include A View To A Kill on any of the 1985 yearbooks. Hopefully it gets included on any of the 1985-1989 yearbooks

I did the same, pre-ordered the Deluxe CD on the day of its announcement but Amazon have a Tuesday delivery estimate and they have charged me today (correctly so as it is the release date) and they say I have to wait to access the Autorip MP3 feature… and I’m a paying Prime member too. It’s disgusting. |

Amazon Prime has got so much worse over the last couple of years.
In fact, you only even get free delivery now if you are willing to spend over £20 in a single order. Which often I do, but I don't always and I'm not paying delivery on top of the monthly Prime charge. I don't see how Tuesday, for a paying Prime member, for a product that was pre-ordered weeks ago, is good customer service in any way. |

Fingers crossed that Now 117 gets announced next week. I’ll be more annoyed if they decide to announce a pointless spin-off instead. Seeing as summer Nows have a fixed release date of every last Friday of July and autumn Nows have a fixed release date of every penultimate Friday of November, then the spring Nows should have a fixed release date of either every last Friday of March or every first Friday of April and if they are now planning to release them a week after Easter, then good luck to them releasing Now 120 next year when Easter falls on 20th April

Well, after that Brit Awards evening, RAYE can’t not be included in the Now 117 tracklist, so I wonder if Worth It has more of a chance of nabbing one of the tracks.
I was originally rooting for Kylie to be included with Hold On To Now but I am now feeling more confident it will be her collab with Sia instead. Other Brits performers that may feature on Now 117 are Tate McRae, Jungle, Calvin Harris and Dua Lipa. |

I hope the artwork at least gets leaked before the tracklist reveal and if they do decide to release in April, I hope it’s 5th or 12th but more the 5th and maybe they’ll go back to revealing the tracklists 3 weeks prior to release date. If Dua Lipa is gonna appear, it’ll more likely be Houdini only and Training Season saved for Now 118. With RAYE, I’ll be surprised if one of the tracks from her album appears as well as Prada but it’ll more likely be Prada only. Kylie will most likely have a double appearance and I hope Jungle get an appearance seeing as they missed Now 116. With Tate, I hope both her songs get included seeing as Greedy missed Now 116. I reckon they’ll either include both her songs or save Exes for Now 118 as I can’t see her getting another hit from her album
