Following on from currently his biggest hit 'Canter' earlier this year, Gerry returns on October 11th with 'Sun Queen'!
Really enjoyed Canter, and the preview sounds good - so I have high hopes for this

This sounds absolutely dreadful. I loved Canter too so massively disappointed...
What don't you like about it? It doesn't really sound that different from his other releases
I like Gerry Cinnamon and I think he’s amazing live but his songs are starting to sound the same. This is just another Diamonds in the Mud with different words and it could do with being about a minute shorter as it drags on a bit.

His second album is titled 'The Bonny', it's out in April - and a massive Hampden Park (a stadium!) show has been announced!

He's releasing lots of tracks, considering it's not out for over 5 months.
I think this album will do well and possibly go number 1 for him. Hus songs are really growing on me.
Yeh he's got huge support base from all his hard work touring in the past 3 years, should have a chance of no1 especially if Radio 1 decide to support him.
I think they will, his current album keep ticking along with sales and ge is becoming more known.
Just got tickets to see him in Manchester next year

I really like him but being quite the introvert I'm not sure I would enjoy his gigs lol as they look a bit mad. I also don't drink.

'Where We're Going' is out at midnight - already sounds like a Gerry classic from the preview! He will also be sub-headlining under Liam Gallagher this year at Reading & Leeds, mad how big he is now in such a short time.
nice on 1st listen but somehow I think Im a bit underwhelmed with the last few songs he's put out, he's not really killing it
Another particularly good one from him, and in general I think I'm preferring this album so far to his debut.
Ranking the singles, I'd go:
1. Sun Queen
2. Where We're Going
3. Dark Days
4. The Bonny
5. Canter
But I'm liking them all.
No Way for me his debut was amazing, nothing so far from the upcoming album cuts the mustard. 'Sun Queen' was a top 20 hit on my PC but not huge.
As it hasn't been mentioned here yet, it was (of course) pushed back a week.

So hyped for this album, I still listen to ‘Erratic Cinematic’ all the time - just ordered the HMV exclusive vinyl so hopefully it’ll arrive on release day.
I am looking forward to it aswell as think it's going to be great.

Such a solid album - really enjoying it especially Canter and Head In The Clouds and upon multiple listens there hasn’t been a song I’ve skipped yet.
Oh he's released it this week after all! For some reason I thought this was out on the 24th and hadn't sought it out to listen.
Very strong on first few listens
This was a really solid listen! I definitely prefer it to his debut, my favourite tracks are Where We're Going, War Song Soldier, The Bonny, Sun Queen and Roll the Credits.
Given it a couple of listens, not feeling it's anything special yet.
No1 album with just short of 29k sales!
