Why on earth did they feel the need to insta-B-list Fredo??
 So it's a 9th week on the playlist for Bicep without being A-listed, which equals the modern record (joining 4 other songs since 2012). I don't know why they didn't just A-list it a few weeks ago? So still no Harry Styles, it's looking like they're not going to playlist it which is a really odd decision given how heavily they've supported him this era. Not sure what's happening with Kings Of Leon either, maybe they're done with them? There's one song less than usual on the C-list this week, which could be intentional or it could be a mistake - really thought Rag'n'Bone Man would be insta-added. |

Very happy that Bicep have survived a 9th week on the playlist. I'm guessing probably due to their album doing so well. I can't see them getting a 10th week though, but hopefully they move onto their next single soon.
Also very shocked that Fredo has been instantly added to the B List. I'm pretty sure they've only playlisted him before when his songs have really taken off because unless I'm mistaken, he's had some controversial moments in the past so strange that they're suddenly all over him. Good adds for London Grammar and Wellerman though, I did wonder whether they might ignore it but good to see that they're not. Also good movement for Tiesto, Travis Scott, RAYE and the Kid Laroi. I do think it's too late for Harry now unfortunately. I also wonder about Tom Grennan, Kings of Leon, Riton and Prospa and whether they'll make it. The missing song is a bit strange again but I guess we'll find out if it's a mistake later when the BBC Sounds playlist gets updated. |

Happy for Raye and SZA to be added to the A list, and for Anne-Marie and Royal Blood to move up to the B list. Very happy with the Ashnikko and London Grammar adds, although I'm still waiting for Griff and Baby Queen. I expect Silk City/Ellie Goulding, Ben Howard and Noizu to all be added soon. It would be great if they could add some new pop artists like Raissa, Rose Gray and Laurel; they've added Bree Runway and Hope Tala recently so hopefully there's a chance!

Capital haven't added it either though, I assume they're not pushing it too hard and it's just to keep the album selling a little longer (I suppose Golden's still doing well enough as well right now). |
