It's changed again
The contest will now take place over the summer with the assumption that all hustings will be online. The new leader will be announced at the end of August. The party also plans to hold an online conference which promises to be interesting. |

I would vote Layla she's free from the coalition government shackles and is a bit more of a fresh start.
Is her mother Palestinian or something did I read? Must be where she gets the good looks from, she's ❤️ |

She went there because her father worked as a diplomat (and, therefore, moved around a lot), not because her family is loaded. |

Ed Davey has won. I assume Layla Moran will be appointed as his deputy.

Oh dear god they keep shooting themselves in the foot. I assume Davy would be looked at as a Orange Booker?

Strange as it seems I think I'm happier with Ed Davey, more likely to eat into the Conservative poll numbers than Labour's, and as much as people are bringing up the coalition yet again, I know he's got some good policies particularly environment-wise.
Not that he's done much as interim leader but there's been v. little opportunity to. |
