Flashback 10 years ago when Buzzjack first started. We saw the rise of Rihanna and Chris Brown, hip hop still charted extremely well, and Justin Timberlake gave a phenomenal comeback that would lead to multiple #1's. Cut to now where Bieber is pretty much doing the same thing JT accomplished. Rihanna is still getting #1's, and hip hop is still as prevalent as ever... for more questionable reasons (cough Silento cough). Anyway, the Int'l Charts forum is starting a little challenge for you guys. To celebrate a decade of Buzzjack, we wanna know: what do you guys think was the best Hot 100 #1 of the past decade?

Here's some ground rules:

• Since there are literally 131 songs to choose from (I counted), you are allowed ONE 11 AND ONE -1 FOR EVERY TWO YEARS. So one 11 and -1 for 2006-2007, one of each for 2008-2009, and so on.
• Half scores will be counted, but no 10.5's or -00.5's. And please, no other decimals either (because those were hell when I did the True Colors rate (ADAM)).

Now I reckon this would be an extensive process, so I'm giving y'all until Sunday 20 March at 11:59 GMT to organize, listen and rate, with Team America (and possibly Umi if he ever decides to show up and surprise us) giving results throughout the following week.
