[The Polaris]

I am a massive athletics fan, as not only a member of my band I actually am a UK sprint qualified coach and coach a group of kids in my spare time.

But having seen Mo F over the past few years become double olympic and world champ along with the numerous european and commonwealth titles, t is amazong to think he hasnt a world record until now!

Admittedly it wasnt the strongest of records but none the less a WR, which he smashed.

I really hope he manages to push fro a 3k/5k record too this year and really cements himself as one of the greatest athletes of all time
