SHOOKETH. What an opening episode, it really set things up brilliantly. Amy obv flawless, Patricia is eerie brilliant too even though we haven't seen the full Adora yet.
The actress playing Amma is really good too, exactly how I pictured her, and the guy playing John....yum |

Fab first ep. Amy Adams was amazing! all the casting is on point with how I thought everyone would look/act like having read the book.

erm because it is. not a spoiler in a usual "x killed y, b escaped from c, everything happened in Amy Adams' character imagination all along" sense but it's still one.
same as saying it was a shock/expected/unrealistic/etc. You kinda know what to expect now. AKA spoiler. |

If you're dense enough to think that a Gillian Flynn book turned into a TV series that has been described as dark, twisted and full of surprises having a WTF ending is a spoiler then that's your own faut. It is in no way a spoiler, get real.

THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN EPIC. Do it, Gill. Anyway I'm really enjoying the show! Patricia Clarkson is PHENOMENAL and I'm screaming at the TV every time she's an absolute c*nt to Camille. |

Up to 93% on Rotten Tomatoes, 77 on Metacritic.
It'll be interesting to see how many awards the show gets nominated for. |

I just watched the first episode for this, this morning. Very gripping. I really like Camille's half Sister though. I find her very interesting.
I also really like the flashback to Camille's past. I haven't read the book thankfully. |
