Nice to see P!nk at 4, I think she might hold onto that or stay at 5. I'm probably way off. I can't see her taking voer that top 3.

I would say she actually has a strong chance of overcoming CNCO and thus making the top-3, unless streaming of the latter rebounds massively after being placed at a very good spot in Hot Hits UK playlist.

As of his last album I only really cared for Steven Wilson out of some kind of amusement that he kept popping up in the album chart without me knowing who he was (both as a solo artist and with several different bands - Porcupine Tree, Blackfield, Storm Corrosion). However, having now actually heard a couple of his songs via BJSC he's one I really need to hear more stuff by, 'Pariah' from this album and 'Routine' from the previous one are both 11/10 songs wub.gif Low sales it may be but I'm thrilled that he's heading for a good position this week (hopefully should remain top 3 at least). I hope Everything Everything and Chase And Status can both remain top 10 as well but that may be a tall order.

Joe Bonamassa remains an act I only stan for the amusement at his endless charting albums without having heard any of his music though. x

Glad Dua Lipa looks set for a second week at #1 also (and hopefully it'll actually be a 'legitimate' one this time? i.e. not only there because of 'Despacito' being on ACR)

So happy to see the Sherlocks in the top 5, great album. I thought it might perform as disappointingly as Ratboy, but it should just about stay top 10.

RAT BOY performed quite well I think, especially when you remember that Will Joseph Cook didn't even go Top 40! I would argue that the Sherlocks are even less well known though so surprised they're doing so well!

It seems a bit random for Will Joseph Cook, it's a decent debut!

And to this day I've never heard any mention of Will Joseph Cook other than people on here complaining that he didn't make the Top 40.

I don't really follow prog but I'm also aware of Steven Wilson because of his other job mixing classic albums.

I think that given the amount of gigs Rat Boy have done, all the NME covers, no15 was a little disappointing given the low sales. Not awful, but i expected it to sell 10 thousand 1st week.

Will Joseph Cook seems to be one of those gay singers who the gay press cream themselves over (see that Bright Light idiot for a prime example) yet noone buys because the material is woefully substandard.

But WJC has a girlfriend? And pretty much all of his songs are about girls...

(Also don't think that's really appropriate for this thread)

You probably didn't mean it badly, but that could come across as very homophobic. It's innapropriate. But no, he's recieved minor Radio 1 support and his songs have been on a lot of Spotify playlists. He's great.

Lol yeah I'm pretty sure Will Joseph Cook isn't gay, and nor is his material "woefully substandard" - he just didn't connect with the general public for whatever reason.

Steven Wilson's Sales seem to have stalled, he will be lucky to stay in Top 3, another week at top for Ed guaranteed!

Would be funny if Crapper Laughs misses the top 40 on Friday and I knew that JB would end up ahead of LM officially

Looks like P!nk will stall at #5 this week (or even fall) unless she can get a move on on streaming unsure.gif

I'd say it's pretty likely it'll fall short of the Top 40 but why would it be funny?

It's a fab result that it's debuted top 100. Not really that funny I'd say.

Oh, looks like Steven Wilson will likely be overtaken by Neck Deep as well then, aww. I knew he'd be massively frontloaded but I thought Neck Deep would be as well, yet it appears they outsold him more than 2 to 1 yesterday. I presume he should still be pretty safe to be #4 barring any unforeseen events shaking up the chart?

Fab to see J Balvin up to #9, really starting to get a bit addicted to 'Mi Gente', I wish this was the dominant one of the Latin hits as it's by far the best of the 4 imo!

I think she's set for #4 actually! Calvin and CNCO/LM will swap but P!nk should stay put at #4.
