26 | 5.2 | Crawling Back To You | HS: 8.5 (Riser) LS: 0 (Gavindeejay)
25 | 5.6 | Bigger | HS: 8.5 (Insomnio) LS: 1 (Totto)
24 | 6.2 | Anywhere For You | 10 (Acidburn) LS: 3 (gavindeejay)
23 | 6.4 | Inconsolable | HS: 10 (Totto) LS: 2 (Liam)

The first 4 singles to snuff out and I don't think anyone will be sad to see them so low. Crawling Back To You is the 3rd single released from Never Broken, the first album after their hiatus and the last to feature Kevin Richardson until 2012. Not a horrid song, just a bit average and bleh. Bigger is the second single from This Is Us which was their last album as a 4 piece band. Again, really bleh. Anywhere For You is from their veyr first album and isn't all bad really, better than the ones to preceed it on this list. Inconsolable was the first single from their amaze Unbreakable album, however this is easily the worst one there. Sad times.

I thought that "Anywhere For You" would be in the Top 20! It's a nice song but it's a little bit forgettable too.

"Anywhere For You" is definitely the best out of the bunch, a nice 90's pop song, really takes me back to when I was in school, when all the girls used to love these guys and I would as well. I was listening to their Greatest Hits the other day and again this song came up and while it's not as great as some of the other classics they had during that era (Everybody, Quit Playing Games, I Want It That Way etc...), it's still a great piece of harmless pop, that we don't seem to get anymore. How times have changed

22 | 6.60 | I Still... | HS: 9 (Regina, Mike Sugafan) LS: 5 (Liam, vibe, American Oxygen, Sarah)
21 | 6.70 | Get Down (You're The One For Me) | HS: 10 (American Oxygen, Totto) LS: 4 (mr aly, Mike Sugafan)
20 | 6.71 | Helpless When She Smiles | HS: 10 (Regina, Totto) LS: 3 (Mr aly)

Two of their more recent singles here, a lot of you hadn't heard them so they received less scores, even though the ones they did get were not overly bad, so they coulda fared better. Helpless When She Smiles was the second single from Unbreakable and I Still... was the last single from Never Gone. Both are more rock/pop than previous singles and IMO they are better than them too. Get Down is from the very beginning and depending where you lived it was either the 3rd or 1st single from their debut.

"Get Down" deserves this score. It's not one of their best singles. It's quite cheesy.

18 | 6.76 | The One | HS: 10 (Riser) LS: 3 (Liam)

Aw I rather like The One, oh well. The One comes from mega slayage album Millennium, which has sold around 30 million copies WW. When will 1D? The last song to be a single it was a fan chosen single, getting chosen thanks in part to Nick Carter suggesting it and his fans following his opinion. More Than That is from Black And Blue and is not as amazing, it ended their run of consecutive UK top 10 singles when it peaked at #12.

Really liked "The One" at the time and in fact I liked all the Millennium singles, okay this one isn't as good or as strong as the other 3, but still miles better than they're more recent material.

"More Than That", Honestly never really liked that one, found it rather boring and out of 3 singles from the "Black & Blue" era, 2 were ballads, "Get Another Boyfriend" should have been the 3rd single and probably would have continued their run of UK top 10 hits, then maybe this could have followed it.

"Get Down", This brings back memories, it was their 1st UK hit and 3rd single here after "We've Got It Goin On" and "I'll Never Break Your Heart" which both flopped on their original releases, then after this was released they both became hits peaking at #3 and #8 respectively. So anyway I do actually quite like the song, it's not their greatest and it is incredibly cheesy (especially that awful rap), but in all a decent bit of 90's summery pop.

16 | 6.94 | I'll Never Break Your Heart | HS: 10 (ACidburn, American Oxygen, Totto) LS: 4 (gavindeejay)

In A World Like This far too low tbh, it's better than almost any other boyband single released in the last 5 years. The first single from the album of the same name and the first to have all 5 members on it since 2006-ish. Certainly didn't set the charts alight but I love it, mature sounding bop.
I'll Never Break Your Heart goes alllll the way to the start, their second single. Not massive either, but another strong song.

14 | 7.05 | We've Got It Goin' On | HS: 10 (Totto) LS: 4 (mr aly)

A nice bit of RedOne BSB for y'all. Straight Through My Heart lead the This Is Us album. I love this one, it manages to keep their typical sound but bring it up to date. Deserved
to do better both here and in the charts.
We've Got It Goin' On is where it all started, their first single and it slays all other boyband debut singles, fact. Byeee.

"I'll Never Break Your Heart" deserved a better average, a wonderful 90's boyband ballad, definitely ranks as one of the better boyband ballads from that era. "We've Got It Goin' On" another brilliant track and I do agree a fantastic debut. "Straight Through My Heart", honestly thought that would have been a hit, but it wasn't and probably their last great track, If that came out in their heyday, then it would have definitely smashed.

"The One" should have had a better videoclip. "I'll Never Break Your Heart" is very dull. "We've Got It Goin' On" is a classic pop hit. "In A World Like This" has very nice rhythm. One of their best!

12 | 7.15 | The Call | HS: 10 (Fgiboy2511, Sarah, Mike Sugafan) LS: 2 (gavindeejay)
11 | 7.21 | Show 'em (What You're Made Of) | HS: 10 (Insomnio) LS: 5 (vibe)

Last bunch before the top 10. Woop.
Just Want You To Know comes from Never Gone and remains their last UK top 10, it got to #8 here. A lovely song tbh, glad it got top 10.
The Call is from Black & Blue and is all about being a male hoe and cheating on your other half, tut tut. But with tha fab beat, you don't care how hoey they are tbh.
Show 'em comes from In A World Like This and is a great inspirational anthem with a lush video. Alas, Nick does not show us what he's made of and only teases us with a tight
black vest. The bast*rd. It was also released on my birthday, aww.

I didn't rate either but also adore Shape of my Heart. Still my favourite.

Backstreets Back was a fantastic pop record.
