UK Chart Run: 3-2-2-2-2-2-5-12-28-38-43-62-60-69-68 (15 weeks)

Think about, um, the generations and er, say we want to make it a better place for the children and our children's children so that they, they, they, they know it's a better world for them and think they can make it a better place. There's a place in your heart and I know that it is love for 1992, and this place it was brighter than tomorrow. And if you really try, you'll find there's no reason to cry over Heal The World being first out, in this place you'll feel there's no hurt or sorrow.

If you want your favourite to get through, there are ways to get there if you care enough for the living - make a little space, make a better place... by voting out your least favourite track from the remaining end of year top 10 from 1992!

Poor Michael. All he wanted to do was heal the world and save all the children. Not just for us Buzzjack but for you and for me and the en-tire human race. However Buzzjack has seen sense and voted out the horrendously saccharine Heal the World to make this 1992 contest a better place for you and for me.

I love the Dangerous album, indeed it's actually my favourite of all of the MJ albums. Yet the one thing that bugs me is that with tracks like Who Is It, In The Closet, Give In To Me, Will You Be There, Jam etc that it was THIS of all things that went on to be the biggest hit from the album. Thank god for Whitney who stopped it over the christmas period as it stalled at #2 for a whole five weeks at the end of 1992. I find it impossible to sit through and take seriously so I'm overjoyed that it's gone first here... now the next task fellow BJers is to get rid of the right one yet again...

So who will be next out? You guys decide...

Off topic but find chart runs back then so weird, huge in the top 5 for ages but then all of a sudden 5-12-18-38-out of the top 40 🤔

Stock issues were a thing back then though…

Acts used to just stop selling the product if they wanted to move on to the next single I think

Also… Jimmy nail for me

I dont see how anyone can vote for any song that isnt by kws. So bad!

I saw them on the radio 1 roadshow and it reinforced my very low opinion of it. Bad version of a much better kc song. Turning a ballad into an annoying nursery rhyme..., ohmy.gif

But by all means vote for much less irritating songs teresa.gif

I've listened to those I don't know (KWS, Jimmy Nail and Wet Wet Wet) and none of them really rang a bell, I guess I must have avoided them for most of my life.

Definitely Wet Wet Wet to go anyway, I actually kinda liked that Jimmy Nail song x

Rhythm is a Dancer
Possibly the worst song from 1992 year.

Jimmy Nail is fab. Old-fashioned soul music for the 90's. There were quite a few retro-soul acts at the time and a lot of us older farts loved them tongue.gif laugh.gif

The correct order of voting out is

KWS
Whitney
Erasure
BoyzIIMen
Wet Wet Wet
Charles & Eddie
Snap!
Jimmy Nail
Shakespear's Sister

Look closely into my eyes, you are feeling very sleepy, when I click my fingers you will awake and...repeat after me "I. Must. Vote. In. That. Order" teresa.gif

Whitney's I Will Always Love Youto leave of course.
That song is cheesy as f**k and I hate it. I'm happy it's in the lead to go. w00t.gif

Whitney for me. Severely overrated version. Dolly's was better.
