How well do we think 'Speak Without Words' would have done and a solo album? I didn't know he had special permission to film his music video in Cuba. I could see him doing as well as Mark's first solo album and single. Having a Latin sound was definitely different to any of the other solo careers. Gregg Masuak video director: "I'd done an amazing video for Howard in Cuba a while back which I should have kept the footage to, because we shot in places no one would be allowed to shoot in again, with visuals that were so amazing it was crazy. Unfortunately a clash between management and the record company made his deal collapse, and a great album never saw the light of day." It's a good song and sounded perfectly for that period.
It sounds like Eros, Ricky, less George in 00s, so people could like the song then. I remember that in the beginning of 00s i was waited for Bowie's Boy album. And 15+ years since it has been released finally. So who knows... Maybe one day. |

Probably the same fate as Gary and Mark. Initial success and then flop.
The media treated them badly, Robbie was the only star. |
