Listening through now.
I'm enjoying it much more than I thought I would based on the snippets. Hearing the snippets back to back made it seem like it was going to be grating, but I'm really liking the tracks individually. Especially liking 'Don't Let the Light Go Out' atm! |

Kinda surprised theres not much chat about this album here I think as a whole it's my least favourite of his "solo" albums but still a solid album, his vocals especially really shine here
Don't Let The Light Go Out is my favourite by far and could be up there with the best of Panic!'s (ask me again in a couple of months if I'm still so hyped by it ) Really enjoyed this performance yesterday too |

I've heard Don't Let The Light Go Out a few times before and I know it's been compared to Last Christmas by some people but it always reminded me more of the melody of Janis Ian's At Seventeen. Having just got the new Now album and flicking through the credits, I see Janis Ian is listed as a co-writer on this track, so that makes sense now
I'm surprised the song hasn't taken off more, has quite a classic feel to it. |

That moment when a band with only 1 member splits up.
(looks like he's just quitting music altogether in all seriousness. Although I'd bet it won't be forever) |

I can see him taking a break then coming back as just Brendon Urie at some point.

An old friend of mine commented on an article about this by quoting ‘Thanks for the memories, even if they weren’t so sweet’ which is sending me because I swear that was Fall Out Boy.

Lmao. Panic! At The Disco and Fall Out Boy did share an affinity for pretentious long song titles for a while tbf so I can see why they'd be confused.
