Actually love both of this top 2 for the first time in ages
 Great to see Sia looking to get that mathematically excellent chart run by next week, really surprising to think will be a number 1, especially as Chandelier didn't get there! It's a really fun song and change of sound for her though after the quite average Alive so great to see it becoming a hit.

Cheap Thrills is a good track, a 7/10 for me
but still for me I'd rank the recent singles as: Chandellier>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Elastic Heart>>>>Alive>>>>>>>> Cheap Thrills  still surprised I Took a Pill is doing so well, much would prefer Faded at #1 |

4 new entries is near unheard of these days so happy for that & at least Hello bores it way out of the top 40  0Good to hear 2 new songs in the top 25 (that's basically what defines a fresher chart for me these days) - still seems ridiculous they have 3 new entries that don't get a full play. Faded top 10 is pleasing, top 3 on lock for that I think. Prefer Mike Posner at #1 next week but will be happy if Sia gets there also as it may make her more likely to produce tracks of that ilk in the future. |
