#19: Earthling {1997}

Votes: 2
Percentage: 28.57%

#20: Hours... (1999)

Votes (round / tiebreaker) : 2 / 3
Percentage (round / tiebreaker) : 28.57% / 42.86%

#21: Black Tie White Noise (1993)

Votes (round / tiebreaker) : 2 / 4
Percentage (round / tiebreaker) : 28.57% / 57.14%

This round sees only one album eliminated, and the tie between two eliminated in the last round in broken. Anyway, we now have only one album from the 90s remaining. Personally, I quite like Earthling, although Little Wonder sounds like it was produced by The Prodigy (I'm not saying that's a bad thing, it's just really too un-Bowie). It's a shame I'm Afraid Of Americans never charted though. May I suggest a campaign to get this to number one in case Donald Trump becomes President? Just a thought.

Earthling didn't deserve to go yet, it's one of my favourites of his.

Young Americans to go for me, I love the title track but most of the rest has never clicked with me at all.

I plumped for Young Americans too for pretty much the same reason, although I think Fame is great too. It was also almost a toss of the coin between that Let's Dance and Man Who Sold The World but those 2 have slightly more songs I like on each album

Going for The Next Day now. I didn't think much of it at all, unlike Blackstar which I think was finally a return to form after decades of mediocrity.
