The 2019 Open Championship will be the 148th Open Championship, scheduled for 18–21 July at Royal Portrush Golf Club in County Antrim, Northern Ireland. It will be the second Open Championship at the course, 68 years after the first in 1951.

Is anyone going to be watching The Open at Royal Portrush?

Coverage of this will be on Sky Sports Golf [all rounds] and highlights will be on BBC2?

Who do you think will win?

He hasn't won a PGA Tour event since the 2017 Open.

Former champion David Duval said he was resigned to finishing last at The Open at Royal Portrush after posting a 20-over-par 91 - the tournament's worst round in 22 years.

His calamitous round included a 14 on the par-five seventh where he incurred a two-shot penalty for hitting the wrong ball before he produced a triple bogey on the 17th.

Shane Lowery with a four-shot lead going into the final round. It must be his Open to lose now.

He's lost from the position before at the US Open a few years back so you never know. Meant to be bad weather here this afternoon too but that may help him more than the Americans!
