Hey Jordan! Spotted this nice and early this month
1. The Weeknd Heartless [4-1] YESSS!! The correct Weeknd song is on top 2. Billie Eilish Everything I Wanted [15-7-2] Or in my case everything I didn't want... I'm just hoping that I'll like her Bond song! 3. P!nk feat. Chris Stapleton Love Me Anyway Wow @ this entering so high although I shouldn't be too surprised considering the country connection I take it this is the next official single then? 5. Coldplay Orphans [23-21-5] Surprised this is doing so well for you. They're just not the band they used to be, for me anyway 7. Dua Lipa Dont Start Now [8-2-7] 9. Dermot Kennedy Outnumbered [40-15-x-9] What happened to this last month then, did it get lost in the Christmas rush or is there another reason you've got back into it? Great song either way. 10. Justin Bieber Yummy Straight into the Top 10, really? I mean it's not a bad song (it IS an awful title though), it's just nowhere near the quality you'd expect from a lead Justin single. It's no surprise it's underperforming everywhere. Hopefully he has a killer single lined up next? 11. Jonas Brothers Only Human [14-5-2-1-11] 12. Selena Gomez Lose You To Love Me [13-1-5-12] 13. Tones And I Dance Monkey [37-28-27-13-13] So I guess it's going to be a #13 peak for this then. Not too shabby I suppose for the best pop song of 2019! 15. The Weeknd Blinding Lights [29-15] Having said that the correct Weeknd song is on top, I'm pleased that this is looking to give him his first UK #1, he definitely deserves it after all these years. 16. Camila Cabello Liar [17-4-3-16] 18. Halsey Graveyard [9-3-6-18] 21. Meduza, Becky Hill & Goodboys Lose Control [20-6-18-21] 22. Twenty One Pilots The Hype [10-20-38-22] 23. Harry Styles Watermelon Sugar [16-8-23] Have you given the album a listen yet? Would be interested to know what you think. 24. Lewis Capaldi Before You Go Don't you just wish he'd do some more semi-uptempo songs like this? 25. Ed Sheeran feat. Camila Cabello & Cardi B South Of The Border [33-28-25] 27. Camila Cabello feat. DaBaby My Oh My Perfect single choice following the relative underperformance of Liar. If anything can get the era back on track it's this (although I don't have high hopes of that happening!) 30. Dan + Shay & Justin Bieber 10,000 Hours [25-24-14-30] 32. Stormzy feat. Ed Sheeran & Burna Boy Own It 33. Harry Styles Adore You 34. Maroon 5 Memories [34-30-16-34] 35. Lizzo Good As Hell [11-7-10-19-35] 36. Lewis Capaldi Bruises [16-11-20-36] 40. Jax Jones & Ella Henderson This Is Real [35-27-40] An excellent selection as per |

Hey Jordan! Spotted this nice and early this month Hey Mango! Yes you did, I'm sorry I didn't return the favor with a speedy reply 1. The Weeknd Heartless [4-1] YESSS!! Indeed - but I wouldn't rule out The Weeknd replacing himself at #1 here 2. I look forward to finding out! It sounded pretty good to me on first listen, very stereotypically Bond but also well suited for her. 3. It is indeed a single, at least here. There's a brand new radio station here that I was listening to all month, and this was one of their most-played songs, which has a lot to do with its high entry! 5. I can't really comment either way as this is the only song I've heard 9. It's a strange trajectory lol, I was bored of the song but it's getting airplay here now and I'm loving it even more now than I did last year! 10. I'm hardly a Bieber fan but I actually really like this I'm liking 'Intentions' even more so that should overtake 'Yummy' quickly! 13. Yup, not bad. This is definitely a "like it but don't love it" sort of chart run. 15. So true, that has been great to see and worth the wait in my opinion! 23. Oops, I haven't. Thanks for the reminder, I'll get on that ASAP 24. YES!!!! I see what you did there 27. Agreed! I reckon she may just abandon the era after this, as disappointing as that would be Thanks for commenting! |

Jax Jones & Ella Henderson This Is Real [35-27-40] Hi Jordan! The Weeknd tops both our charts! OK different tracks, but good to see That P!nk track is a goodie, thought it should have been a single last summer. Good to see some Country tracks in your charts - I don't think anyone else promotes them on buzzjack! I like them all, but I may have especially under-rated that Lady Antebellum (I'm playing it again at the mo) on one listen. Also good to see harry Styles and Stormzy popping in Always enjoy your chart! cheers! |

'Heartless' #1 in my country, 'Blinding Lights' #1 in yours Although I'm still holding out hope for BL to get #1 here too! Was 'Love Me Anyway' not a UK single? It's getting airplay here now, albeit not much, and I'm disappointed there's no video for it Yes, it's been a great month for country on my chart, hopefully that will continue after having barely any of it in my chart last year! Thanks for commenting |
