Swimming Girls become the first act to hold the top spot for more than one week this year, and we have a BJSC double at the top as Rosalia ascends to #2. Shamefully I don't think I voted for either of these songs when they appeared in their respective contests - belated apologies to Persephonia and Taahino! What great tracks though! Chvrches score another top ten from current era this week although I didn't end up going to their gig as I'd planned, while As December Falls, Lika Morgan and Pabllo Vittar move into pole position to threaten the top of the tree next week.

Highest debut this week, also right into the top ten comes from Zedd and Katy Perry's collab 365. Both acts have fair history in the top ten including three toppers for Katy, but both have been on declining fortunes since 2017; this one might prove to reverse that trend. Issa bop. Other debuts this week come from Florence's new one, Gags, Sam and Normani, Rudimental and Raye, Calvin and Benny Blanco, another for FOURS, Charli XCX, Razorlight after a long hiatus, Ritu Bhaggi, and one I was surprised no-one sent to BJSC this month, Jack River's Ballroom.

Big rises this week come from Weezer, Dreezy, Ally Brooke, and ISA, besides the aforementioned.
