Okay, just for a bit of fun I've made a form for you to put your guesses in as to who you reckon is behind each country so pls discuss x

The song Gareth Emery has chosen to go with is one that is special to him and the nation he now represents. It signifies the beginning of the end of the COVID era, for better times coming ahead, and the return of live performances and touring. Sarah de Warren is our special guest of honour for this event, and we can assure you that the lasers and fireworks budget has been set aside for this all important event in our nation’s history; This marks the second time in our journey that Gareth Emery has appeared, following the successful win in BJSC 92 back in 2017 with the winning entry “Saving Light” which became our nation’s first winning entry. In the spirit of competition, we wish good luck upon all other participating nations in this contest, and look forward to engaging in sharing our allocated points to the best of the bunch. I reckon we ought to do something like what they have on The Masked Singer which is called something like “two lies and a truth” which could spice up the conversation somewhat until the reveal happens. I’m not entirely sure what truth could be said though, maybe something like “I once won BJSC with a song that was a personal chart #1” or something similar which is vague enough to not give away someone’s identity.

Ok seeing as I suggested it I’ll go first and see if it catches on… Two lies and a truth: • My country has never won BJSC or even finished in the Top 5 before • Their residence is within the East Twiikande continent of the world map • Once they gave their maximum points to Pupok but later regretted it and wished they had given them to Jadakissnia instead Hope someone else will have a go next. |

As I've been listening to the Masquerade entries I've been noting down an instinctive guess of who I think it might be next to my provisional votes, I quite enjoy this little bit of detective work.

I put my full guesses in my votes but some of those that feel a little stronger and I have potentially okay reasonings for...
Altyr Muunilinst is Wholune (or similar indiebloc but Wolfclub feels kinda Wholune-y) Séyetana is Dobago (or dancebloc but feels most aligned towards Dobago) Tinnmark is Lotunia (most likely participant not on the list to be joining I think) Trifoski is Utopia (Utopia would have had a wealth of options with Trifoski but this does feel quite them) Terra Avium is Jupiterdonia (or some similar pop-aligned nation) Fljótavík is Rolloland (a long New Order remix would be such a Rollo thing to do) St. Burbia is Altyr Muunilinst (cheap) FSR Rontvia is Aquafina ('Pixie') |

Might try and attempt this again in a bit but already tried to have a go twice and gave up mainly because of trying to work out the pop songs than anything
 I am predicting Harry (or Jordan but I think Harmonica are Nico Santos) for mine though.
