WINNER: THE INBETWEENERS: 12  02. Friends: 10 03. Miranda: 8 04. The Vicar of Dibley: 4 Your winner of the World Cup of Sitcoms is The Inbetweeners! Perhaps a suprising result considering how much Friends was leading in every round, including rounds with The Inbetweeners in but still a very well deserved winner! Perhaps the bible for every school kid in a pre-social media world and it led to the production of two very successful films! Thanks to everyone who participated and look out for the next event in the TV Shows forum!

I really enjoyed The Inbetweeners and am so glad it beat Friends. It’s a shame all the classics fallen out so early.
BBC One did a countdown which was voted by the public back 15 years ago and Only Fools and Horses came out on top followed by Blackadder. It would be interesting to see the results if they did it again now. Thanks for running this

Appalled that Inbetweeners beat Friends tbh
It's a great show but wow Thanks for hosting this! I did enjoy this a lot and even led to me rewatching Friends

Very happy with that win, I can't stand Friends!
 The Inbetweeners is amazing, and I have rewatched it loads of times and always found it funny. |

Friends is my all-time favourite show but Inbetweeners is also brilliant so I'm not too disappointed with the result.
