 Hello! Welcome to the pop contest that celebrates all things POP and in this special contest, we are celebrating everything pop that was released in 2022! The only main rule was that the artist couldn't be any of the artists who had an Artist Forum here on Buzzjack. Once you have listened to and ranked the below 25 songs, please send your top 10 to me via PM, and we are voting using the Eurovision 12-point system: 12; Your fave song 10; Your second fave song 08; 07; 06; 05; 04; 03; 02; 01; Your 10th fave song **YOU CAN NOT VOTE FOR YOUR OWN ENTRY** This contest is ANONYMOUS so please do not reveal what you sent until you are revealed in the results thread which will be taking place on Sunday 14th (year unknown). Anyone can vote in this contest even if you didn't participate, however, participants that don't vote or are late will receive a deduction for their entry. Deadline for voting will be Saturday, January 13th at 23:59, you have a week but I think that's enough time to get votes in. Here are the 25 songs that you will be voting for. NOW LIVE!
I've taken a listen to most of this and it's such a strong contest! Some songs may not feel "pop" to some people, but I am more than happy with how far they tread into pop territory enough to have them in here. Not a single dud in here from my first listen through though. Particularly hype for Dagny, Miley, Nothing But Thieves, Rêve, Say Now, & Sophie And The Giants! But majority of the rest I hadn't heard until my listen through today! |

Was getting déjà vu from that Maisie Peters placement - just checked and she was exactly song 17 in the first one of these as well
 There aren't too many songs that I've already heard here but a handful of them are ones I really should have heard so looking forward to being caught up with them! (and there are a couple of names here I don't recognise at all, interesting x) Congrats to 'Contemporary Love' finally finding a song contest home on this website after being vetoed from BJSC twice

I might be wrong but I thought it was fairly obvious who sent it! Doesn't really fit the pop theme for me but it is a great song.
