Analysis

In the singles chart, Delta Storms straight to number 1 with her commonwealth power ballad 'Together We Are One' This pushes Shakira with HDL down to third, while Nelly is still persuing the number 1 spot with 'Maneater' Bev Knight makes a high entry with her debut sing off the GH hits album, released next week. Some songs have had huge falls this week, mainly Syleena Johnson, Pussycat Dolls and t.A.T.u. Rihanna has had a huge surge up the chart this week, and there are lots of new entries between 20-40 as that section was just introduced this week.

In the albums chart, Shakira becomes queen once again with OF2, pushing Corrine down to 3 with her self titled debut. Mary J. Blige makes a comfortable climb to 2, while keisha has a sharp fall to the lower end of the chart. Sugababes make a surprise new entry at 4, as does Tearra Mari.
