She has been in the studio recording her third LP, the follow-up to her 2010 album No Boys Allowed. “I’m looking to release a new album at some point in 2013,” she told VH1 backstage at “VH1 Divas.” She is working through the holidays and early next year to finish the project, and hopes to release something in the first quarter of the year. “My fans have been super patient with me. I took a little break, and I’m back,” said the Atlanta singer-songwriter. In addition to music, she is set to make her acting debut alongside Vin Diesel in the sci-fi film The Chronicles of Riddick: Dead Man Stalking. “Acting is just as much a part of the things that inspire me and the things that keep me creatively juicy, just as much as music is. I’d love to have a lasting acting career,” said Keri, who was a theater major in college. Album of 2013 tbh.

I've only loved Knock You Down from her.
The only other ones I've liked are Energy and Pretty Girl Rock to a lesser extent.If she's doesn't produce another Knock You Down, she's gone from my interest and my future affections for her. |

Looking forward to this! In A Perfect World... was FAB, and No Boys Allowed was nice from what I remember.

Well I'm here for this, she makes some quality music. I've never really been happy with the direction she took with her music but when it comes to basic bitch RnB, it doesn't get much better than Keri.

'Energy' is absolutely horrific. As is most of the first album, from what I remember of it when I decided to give it a listen. I quite liked 'Turnin' Me On' but that was about it. OH, and I like 'I Like' too.
So, basically the only essential songs with her on them are: Scream Return The Favor I Like The Way I Are (Turnin' Me On) |
