Getting international acts to attend is always a bit lottery and that's one huge reason why the show should be interesting without them, this was a bland attempt.. There are LOADS of big domestic acts that could've made the show better: some legacy artists like Rod Stewart (top 20 album last year), Queen + Adam Lambert (performing at Oscars later this week), Elton John, Mumford and Sons, Liam Gallagher, Florence....

Hell even Bros actually performing would've been more interesting than most of the predictable and boring performances.

Grammy Awards had Dolly Parton, Ricky Martin and Diana Ross among others and that show was actually praised which is rare for awards show these days.

Rod Stewart's album wasn't just top 20 - it was #1!

Bros performing would've been quite cool laugh.gif
Liam G's got a new album out soon, so hopefully he'll be there next year.

Ah right tongue.gif

I've just noticed First Aid Kit were also attending - so that makes 3 international groups there they could've given it to!

This was definitely the weakest Brits I have ever watched. I found the international part laughable where they basically went ‘none of the winners could be bothered to attend’. That international star presence was quite noticeable (bar P!nk). The global success award should change annually like award pink won. Ed already has the recognition, so seems off to praise him two years in a row for the same album/era.

Really don’t get Tom winning for his 1 hit single (I know he has released more stuff but for now that is all he is known for), but fair play if it was fan voted.

My fave performance was Jorja’s, though I get why others might not have liked it. Pink is a close second, but as has been mentioned was let down by the medley only containing songs from the last 2 eras and the one upcoming, ignoring the previous 5 that got her to where she is now.

I haven't enjoyed the Brits for a few years but continue to watch.
As a result my expectations have lowered but i enjoyed the show.
Pink was the standout performance.
The Jorja Smith performance didn't connect with me in the slightest,i found it the most boring performance of the show.
