Julia Michaels posted this on Instagram and she tagged Justin Tranter, Bloodpop and Justin Bieber on it. She didn't tag Martin Garrix (unless she forgot?), so I guess that he isn't involved in the song as I was thinking. That said, if this is true, looks like this will be Justin's lead single instead of another collaboration.

Going by Twitter it does look more like Justin's lead single
although I've seen that it either features or is produced by Martin Garrix, as opposed to it being his own single?

If I remember correctly, Justin was the first person to announce "2U" instead of David Guetta on Twitter, so this seemed to follow the same pattern, but Martin hasn't posted anything yet. Also, the inclusion of Bloodpop seems that he was the one who produced the track.
