New thread as the old one had 50 pages! Looking forward to seeing what the surprise in tonight's episode involves Good night for soaps what with Emmerdale's Declan/Charity storyline happening also. |

Omg I was so happy to see Peggy back! Couldn't stop smiling to myself through her scenes! She looks like Barbra's usual image but still sounds very much like the Peggy we know!

OMG!!! Was not expecting that, I was wondering if Peggy would be back for the wedding but Dominic's done it again!
I loved tonight's episode and the moment they raised a toast to Pat was great! EE back at its best, loving the past few weeks and I'm looking forward to next week now |

Is Pegs now a regular or just a one-off?

Awfully panto acting from Peggy there, was she always that awful? Or is she out of practice? Either way, it would have been better if she'd made an appearance in the square if she's that bothered. I get the feeling those scenes were filmed today or something.

It was fab to have her on the show again but it seemed to obviously rushed and shoehorned in. She seems so set on Sharon not marrying Phil that she'll do "anything".... Other than make an appearance herself |

Peggy bloody Mitchell!
Can just say her acting was absolutely atrocious. I laughed my way through. Even Sam Womack seemed unusually bad in the two scenes. |

I thought the scenes were good! Typical Peggy, but good! Though I can see why some would think they were last minute.
Just wondering, are Peggy and Ronnie meant to be living in the same place as Grant and Sam? |

The acting wasnt great by Babs but i enjoyed it all the same. I was wondering what the surprise would be and i admit i didnt pick Peggy. She will probably make another appearance after the wedding when it all goes wrong for Phil which i think will happen. Keep the surprises coming i say and im loving the holding back spoilers approach as it makes it far ore interesting to watch, i think it wouldnt be a bad move for all the soaps to do.

I wish it was a double episode tonight, I wonder what Shirley is going to do with the gun now.

Sharon, Miss Piggy and Aunt Sal trending on Twitter!
I agree that they could've done with a double episode tonight, but it also keeps us viewers coming back too. Especially since Monday and Tuesday are usually EE's highest rating days of the week, they would no way put something major on the lowest rating day of the week. |
