Unsure what angle to take on this spin-off; something hugely underrated, a big hit or something the majority of the competitors now wouldn't have heard...

Toughest choice for me is if I should avoid getting Tone/Gabrielle the win the so clearly deserve. My attempt at a shortlisting came out as a longlist and imma struggle to get that down to a mediumlist laugh.gif

My two best entries (Gold & Tear It Down) are both ineligible so idk what I’m gonna send... songs that didn’t make the final count don’t they? Maybe Morgan Saint deserves a second chance

omg i have NO idea. i either want to enter something that's a fave but didn't get a shot in the TBO finals - so maybe 'Jaded' or 'Wonky' (which was actually robbed of a win i'll never forget oliver xxx) or maybe some old school aeroche hit that people might not remember - chordashian maybe

Hmm there's only 2 dnqs that definitely should have got through for me and iirc didn't even make the Rejects final a couple of years ago either so I might opt for one of those, the only q I'd have probably sent that's eligible is Billie but then I've confirmed something a litle similar in an older artist of the 80's/90's to 109 so might not want a clash really and I'm not fussed about Parade, Heartbeat or Stuck On Me improving on their positions either (I like them all very much tho), they just aren't as GO TO for me nowadays!

I only had one entry during the last one of these (coi teas this time kink.gif) so I'm thrilled that I now have a wide selection of 35 entries! Everything from Last Lynx (74) to SOLDOUT (92) eligible then. It's going to be sooooo hard to pick for this! Will mull over it for the next few days.

TFW I have twice as many entries as the biggest 'if you have [x] entries' clause.

I've been set for a while on what to send if there was ever a second edition of this! Going down the same route as in the first YBO with another song that I think was 'before its time', not doing that well originally but I'd hope it'll be better received now ~ (although it's not quite another DNQ this time, as tempting as it is to wheel out The 2 Bears or Orphic Oxtra xx).
