You all will know this by now, but the Rih forum is holding a selection thread for each album in order to get our entry for the AFSC! One song from each album will get through to the semi-final.

Vote for every song you think should've been a single from Talk That Talk and be sure to discuss your choices!

Semi-Final Songs:
Music Of The Sun (Music Of The Sun)
Kisses Don't Lie (A Girl Like Me)
Breakin' Dishes (Good Girl Gone Bad)
Fire Bomb (Rated R)
Skin (Loud)

Roc Me Out & Red Lipstick

This album is her second worst if you take away the singles tbh but Red Lipstick is LIFE

Gah this is probably my favourite album of hers! It's so underrated (I need Josh to back me up on this!!)

Went with 'Drunk On Love', 'Roc Me Out', 'Watch n' Learn' and 'Red Lipstick' heart.gif

Drunk On Love, Roc Me Out and Watch 'n' Learn for me. Preferably the former though. Her voice during "I wear my heart on my sleeve" heart.gif

'Roc Me Out' and 'Drunk on Love' are my favorite Rih albums tracks out of all her album tracks. I think 'Roc Me Out' would've done well as a single, but on the other hand it might've been too similar to 'Rude Boy'.

So yeah, I voted for those two. 'Watch 'n Learn' is also great.

'Cockiness' was a single?

I think Atonement is right, Cockiness wasn't a single. I would've voted for that too but I assumed it must've been a promo single or something minor. Maybe a new poll?

This just IS her best album, Loud and GGGB are both fantastic but many of the tracks were singles and now feel overexposed whereas every track remains so fresh on this. All of the album tracks have such good hooks <3

'Cockiness' did get a brief release with the ASAP Rocky remix (remix is a loose term as they basically just added his rap on) but they moved very quickly onto 'Diamonds'.

Josh I totally agree with you about those albums being milked for all they were worth, they almost feel like Greatest Hits albums laugh.gif

Same!

I think 'Roc Me Out' would've done best as a single though, so I went for that.
Also, massive YES at 'Skin' being the choice for LOUD. That song does things to me.
