The last two I bought were Timber and Prayer In C both between 2014-2016. I quite like owning them but they are a bit expensive on Amazon and that. I was tempted to by On My Mind because I loved the artwork so much but it would have been a bit of a waste as I owned the album already.

Probably 2010/2011 I'd guess. I definitely have a couple from 2010! (Wear My Kiss and The Climb)

I looked for Take Me Home and Forever Young last year but couldn't find either Though of course I could find about 1,000 copies of Lay Me Down Chart Murderers Version

i got little mix's 'cannonball' on cd single in my xmas stocking the year they won but i won't count that as i didn't buy that myself

must be 2004-5 then! I mostly used apple iTunes downloads since iTunes was a thing and switched to Spotify in late 2012, so always been with the times!

Technically it was 'The Journey Continues' by Mark Brown featuring Sarah Cracknell which I ordered / paid for from hmv.com in February 2008. However it never actually arrived (despite supposedly being dispatched 3 times!) so I got a refund.

The last one I managed to successfully buy was 'I Bet You Look Good On the Dancefloor' by the Arctic Monkeys in November 2005.

I bought both the Comic Relief and Children In Need singles from 2009 - Islands In The Stream and Peter Kay's Animated All Star Band (well if you count DVD sales too) just so I could claim that as mine, I have subsequently not listened to them since.

From a shop, I bought that "God Only Knows" thing (it was for charity ok!!1 )

More recently late last year I ordered "Wake Up" by The Vamps online (have two or three more of their singles in physical format along with "A Billion Girls" by Elyar Fox, so a handful in the past two years)

That "God Only Knows" cover for Children in Need about 18 months ago. Never played it, especially knowing three days later changed my life forever.

Before that, it was late 2010 "Broken Arrow" by Pixie Lott and "Prayin'" by Plan B which was actually given as a gift to a colleague!

Think it was 'Right Now' by Atomic Kitten but I can't be certain. So that makes it either 1999 or 2000 looking at it's chart run. I was rapidly losing interest in chart music by that time and when I had a degree of interest again it was 2007 when downloads became fully incorporated into the chart. By this point it was downloads all the way for me and it never occurred to me to buy a CD single.
