With the current situation meaning that basically no sports are on until further notice, have you been taking any time to catch-up on events you might have missed, or re-watch events you particularly enjoyed?

I'm currently going through the Paris-Nice race that was on recently, didn't realise it was on ITV until halfway through so taking some time out of my day to watch the highlights of that.

You?

There's a classic championship manager you can download from 2001/02 with up to date players(maybe this should have went in the gaming section)!

I did watch a video titled "World Cup 2006 All Goals" yesterday biggrin.gif

So many legendary players scoring: Klose, Ronaldo, Zidane, Pirlo, Raul, Deco, Beckham, Van Nistelrooy, Henry, Villa, Shevchenko... and Crouch, Zigic, Senderos & Adriano laugh.gif

I might rewatch the 5 DVD set of London 2012. I've also got some sport DVDs that were given away free with newspapers but I never had the time to watch. They've just been lying on a shelf for many years. Just looking now at what I've got:

The history of football presented by Alan Green. (It says running time 102 minutes so that's quite a lot to pack in)
FIFA World Cup USA 1994 and France 1998
FIFA World Cup Korea/Japan 2002 and Germany 2006
Cricket's Greatest Entertainers XI presented by Michael Atherton
Ultimate Ashes - Bodyline 1932/33 and Ashes Heroes 2005

Speaking of DVDs, I've had 100 Greatest Leeds Goals on my shelf for the last 10 or so years so might crack that open finally!

Last year I exhausted my way through the pre-war Grand Prix stuff and then The Racing Years 50-76 and all the F1 season reviews. So I thought I'd watch every Indy 500. Admittedly the very early ones are only 5 minute clips but I'm up to 1974 next and from about 1970 onwards all the full races are on youtube.

I don't know if you guys have seen this video before but I just stumbled across it and it is quite interesting. This has to be up there as one of the best goals of all time in the Premier League.

I watched "Match Of Their Day" on BBC 1 not long ago and it was Jermaine Jenas and Gary Lineker introducing and discussing highlights of Arsenal 4-4 Tottenham from 2008, a Newcastle Vs Sunderland match & also the Arsenal Vs Manchester United match which began with Roy Keane having words with Patrick Viera in the tunnel prior to kick off.

Yes I saw that was a bit of a wtf moment with Sunderland v Newcastle from 2000 being shown.
