V2 :
YTD Sales : Please read these guidelines before you request sales estimates, it makes my task a lot easier. 1. Be specific - please name the artist and title for each entry you'd like an estimate for. 2. I log sales for all albums that have charted this year, but only update those that have sold enough to reach my 200 position tracking range 3. If an album isn't in the current Top 100, I won't be able to update its sales until Tues. Also, please don't ask about ex-T100 albums too often - once a month at most) 4. Remember to check the thread before requesting estimates - they may already have been answered. Also, no more than half-a-dozen requests at a time, thanks. 5. Please note my figures are combined sales & streams, and since I have no way of separating them, I cannot provide a split. 6. While I am no longer estimating singles sales, I can provide YTD singles positions from C+, and I am still maintaining my sales archive based on published figures (PM me if you want to see it) Thank you. This time next week I'd be surprised if Ed wasn't YTD #1.

I doubt it. He's probably not going to be YTD #1 on first week at least.

It's only another 120k away and Lewis is selling 10-25k each week depending on the situation with his current singles. But as you say XF starts sooner than you think in 7 weeks!

Lewis is selling like 10K more than the soundtrack, but it is like still 15-20 weeks to reach GSM sales (because I think the sales difference will be smaller with each week).... it will be close, though |

I can see Lewis JUST overtaking TGS and I presume Sheeran will overtake both my a narrow margin. And then there's of course a possibility of Q4 release by Adele.

haha I thought the ft Lady Gaga was a joke
why don't you use the OCC credit instead of a silly made up credit, makes no sense to me if there's an official institution giving official credits why use a made up one? |

I do use the OCC's credit if it's short/specific enough, but there can be several 'Motion Picture Cast Recording' type credits, so it can get confusing, not to mention my eyesight isn't as good as it was (a consequence of my ongoing health issues), and an entry on the wrong line can cause errors in totalling. |

Ed Sheeran will debut low Top 15 on this week going by the sales so far.

So ft Lady Gaga is because of her fans needing it like that not because it is credited that way at all.

As a Gaga mod I definitely DON'T want it to be credited differently than OCC puts it but it's vidcapper's choice, he can do whatever he wants (assuming the "he" here).
Everyone knows it's an album performed by Gaga and Bradley Cooper. This post has been edited by SKOB: Jul 15 2019, 04:55 PM |

Everyone knows it's an album performed by Gaga and Bradley Cooper. In purely practical terms, if I put in lengthy titles/credits, it leaves less space on screen for figures, and that makes it more awkward to update/manipulate my spreadsheets.
