Jake Bugg premiered his new track on Annie Mac's show on Radio 1 this evening. It's called 'How Soon The Dawn' and you can listen http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p05bcyjk.
His fourth album is called 'Hearts That Strain'.
1. How Soon The Dawn
2. Southern Rain
3. In The Event Of My Demise
4. This Time
5. Waiting (feat. Noah Cyrus)
6. The Man On Stage
7. Hearts That Strain
8. Burn Alone
9. Indigo Blue
10. Bigger Lover
11. Every Colour In The World
This sounds so fresh and new - surprised he's so quick to return!
Seems a quick album release too - in 4 weeks!
Alum pre-order is up now. 'Waiting' is confirmed to be a collaboration with Noah Cyrus
Can't believe this has been released already. It feels like "How Soon the Dawn" just came out last week
Given this two spins so far and am enjoying it, it's a lot more chilled than his previous stuff and sounds a bit like elevator music at times but it's nice to have a bit of a change in sound. A shame he's not getting any hits any more but hopefully the album can perform decently for him..
Having a first listen now and I am liking outhern Rain, Waiting, The Man On Stage, Hearts That Strain, Indigo Blue and Every Colour In The World. Prefer this album to his last one for sure.
Quite the 60s country vibe to this album - love it.
Must be single number 3 which is one of my favs from the album so looking forward to playing it more!!
