I wonder if the double album rumors were true and if the album will be double disc like Drakes Scorpion. I can’t see it myself but she’s someone who could definitely pull it off. I see the album as more reggae than rock but would personally prefer a more rock style album as that’s something she hasn’t really done since Rated R (her best album).

If anyone remembers this what was ANTI described as before that came out was it accurate to the final product? Often we hear things about albums what turn out to be total false yet this seems accurate too me as I imagined Rihanna to do this sound but not necessarily an entire albums worth.

Doesn't that just mean 500 songs have been written and given to Rihanna/her team to consider recording for the album, rather than her actually recording 500 songs? I can believe that, she is so big that the label can afford to commission so many songs and choose only the best (watch there be some filler tracks anyway).

Yeah I read it as being 500 songs submitted to her team, which wouldn’t surprise me at all.
There’s no way she’s recorded that many of them but in terms of songs submitted I can totally believe that. I’m so here for a dancehall album. |
