Once again, here is the one rate to decide which song that missed the top 10 really should've peaked there. A bit late this year as I wanted to wait for confirmation that 'Blinding Lights' was indeed going to eventually peak in the top 10 but there we go.

Thanks to the wonders of chart manipulation by the OCC, we've had 57 'non-top 10' top 20 hits this year; coincidentally this is exactly the same number as we had in 2018, although it is more than in 2015, 2016 or 2017.

Any song that entered in the top 20 for the first time in 2019 will be eligible, excluding songs that went on to make the top 10. Any songs that entered the top 20 this or last week will appear in the 2020 edition if they don't reach the top 10 (so you'll have to wait another year, Idina Menzel fans).

The song with the most points will win the title of the song Buzzjack thinks should have been a UK top 10 smash! and will join the hall of honorary UK top tens (listed at the end of the post). Last year we had the second ever male-led winner as Panic! At The Disco took the title with "High Hopes", but could it happen again? The list is overwhelmingly male-dominated, however Buzzjack faves Katy Perry and Taylor Swift are also there and could easily take it.
