it dropped in week 7,8,9 (last week)

Don't Matter To Me and Nonstop entered a week before In My Feelings.
The first two are hitting ACR this week because it will be their 10th week in the chart - this will be the 9th week for In My Feelings and it should hit ACR next week. |

The first week where it was chart ineligible doesn't count, I think that's where you're getting confused.
It should be on ACR next week (week 10). (what coi said) |

I forgot to mention, Ring Ring is also on ACR this week sadly.
As for Drake, NFW is back and Nonstop is still charting too. |
