Hello and welcome to the final voting of the Buzzjack Movies Awards, celebrating the best in cinema of the last year. This will be the end step in finally identifying Buzzjack's favourites of 2019!

The voting will be done by using the method that was the one used for BuzzOscars last year, where people vote for a top 2 and we look at the 2nd preference votes if there is a tie on 1st preference votes. So vote for your top 2 and order them, and you don't have to send your votes outside of your top 2! Hope that makes sense and please ask us if it doesn't smile.gif

I have had an idea which is that we have commentaries wrote for all the Best Picture nominees so we can show our passion for why we think they deserve to be there and to persuade others to watch these interesting and fascinating movies! Please post in this thread which Best Picture nominee you would like to write a commentary for and PM me the commentary but post in this thread what film you want to write for so no film gets oversubscribed. We are going to have 2 people writing for each movie and the next post will show what movies are taken and what movies are available! - nah

See last years winners (coming soon) and this years nomination tally! LOOK AT POST #3 FOR MORE - nah u can see this in the nomination reveal thread and the 2018 results

Please send your votes to me by Monday 30th June so you have under a month to vote. This is the perfect time to catch up with films you haven't had the chance to yet, esp whilst were still kinda on lockdown!

Also PM your votes to me (Ultraviolence1989) for this round

You guys don't UNDERSTAND.

That whole arc had a 10 year JOURNEY.

It was capped off (lol) so BEAUTIFULLY! Every other couple could only WISH for something so tender and beautifully constructed! It's not just about the last 30 seconds!

You're so right! I bought the Peggy and Steve relationship more in that one scene than I did the Ant-Man and the Wasp relationship in 3 movies.

Just saying...

1 week to go!

and throwback Oscars for 2003 and 2004 will start in the next couple days x

In regards to our buzzjack Oscars, we are still going to have it in the usual time period with January noms + Feb results and no eligibility changes. We don't rly stick to the Oscars religiously anyway due to us now splitting the year differences so yh.

Oh no! sad.gif

'The Farewell', 'Doctor Sleep' & 'Captain Marvel' deserved SOMETHING.

Fully expected for 'Instant Family', but what a heart warmer that movie is heart.gif
